My name is Adam and I'm a designer at Microsoft. I'm currently building next-gen experiences in Office.

I believe that challenging projects, ones that combined empathy, curiosity and impact, are the ones worth working on. Because of that, I am relentless when it comes to my craft and detail throughout the design process. This can be seen in both the products that I make and the passion that I have for design. I strive to exceed expectations in everything I do as a design professional - working hard, so others don't have to.

Prior to Microsoft, I worked as an interaction designer at Offshoot Design, a design consultancy in Chicago. I also have 8 years as an architect at award-winning firms in Seattle, Chicago and Minneapolis. I have a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction + Design, a Master’s degree in Architecture, as well as an Undergraduate degree in Architecture.

I'm currently living in beautiful Seattle, Washington, where the coffee is strong and the craft beer scene is magical. When it's not raining, I like riding my bike with no hands and building things in my maker space. If you want to know any more about the work I'm doing, drop me a note at adamsriddle@gmail.com or swing by the Microsoft Headquarters.
